I was really happy with this tool when I first got it. It's nice to look at, feels good in your hands, rolled nice and smoothly. That lasted only two weeks. Went to use this to make a lattice top pie and the wheels are stuck tight. Almost can't even turn them manually let alone by rolling through dough on my cutting stone.
Very disappointed with this tool. Not worth the effort to try and return it.
