This product is exactly what we have been searching for. Heavy Duty, Easy to clean,Comfortable Handles and Tight fitting lids. As with all Stainless Steel you must adjust you cooking method to a lower heat setting. As long as you keep that in mind you will love this cookware.As a matter of fact we loved it so much that we purchased every single piece of Multiclad Pro Stainless that Cuisinart makes. WE JUST LOVE IT!!

I just steamed some veggies for my toddler for lunch today in this steamer. It was so nice to not to have to use the folding steamer that I had been using. The one long handle made dumping the veggies out very easy. The only thing I'll have to get use to is that it takes a little longer to steam food because the water is so far down there in the pot unlike my little flimsy collapsible one I used to use. Overall, I love it, and would recommend it to anyone. Easy to clean too.

I have a number of the MultiClad Pro pans and really like them. I wanted to add the steamer insert, and tried both the MultiClad Pro and Chef's Classic versions. They are slightly different (although not as different as I had hoped -- this piece does not feature the same matte stainless exterior finish as the rest of the MultiClad Pro line.) I found that the Chef's Classic version actually fit my MultiClad Pro pans better, so I am returning this one.
