I thought my hard drive was fried and everything on it lost. Now, thanks to this external hard drive enclosure, I am able to access all my files. This thing could have saved me a lot of time over the years trying to recover files from crashed windows operating systems. I highly recommend it!

I have a LOT of external drive enclosures. I've gone through a number of brands, and in the end I've kept coming back to this model. I have 4 of them now, and am about to order a couple more. The description states that only capacities through 320gb are supported, but the mfg website says 750gb, and I run 500gb drives in all of mine with no problem. I DO use the second USB connector for the extra power, by the way.

I had no problems installing a 250GB WD. Looks cool, off-switch gives peace of mind if you're connecting/disconnecting frequently. Carrying case is nice, but I would have like the option of buying it for less without one. Regardless, I'd probably buy another.
